Proxies not working on SilverBullet / OpenBullet?

Don’t use the software’s built-in proxy checker. Run the config directly, as the checkers often have issues.

Do you support UDP?

No, our proxies do not support UDP.

I have paid for a plan, but it's still showing as pending.

A pending invoice means your order hasn't been confirmed on the blockchain yet. Once it gets enough confirmations, your plan will be activated and shown on your dashboard.

What is the difference between sticky and rotating proxies?

Sticky = same IP with customizable time. Rotating = new IP each request.

Can I choose ISP, city, or country?

Yes, you can.

How much IPs in your pool?

Over 100 million residential IPs available.

What authentication format is supported?

Only user:pass — formats like user:pass@ip:port, ip:port:user:pass, or user:pass:ip:port are accepted.

Proxies not working?

First, check whether the proxies are connecting to your PC/RDP by using the Proxy Tester linked below. Don’t forget to change the test site in the tool to google.com.

I paid for my order but received an underpayment error.

An underpayment error means the system received less than expected. This can happen if you didn’t include the transaction fees or due to crypto price fluctuations. Send your username and the wallet address you used to live support and wait for a response.
